Moulder DEMO 1.3 Version
BE AWARE THAT UPDATING THE DEMO WILL RESET YOUR SAVE FILE!!! This is by design, as the way the data is handled might change and not resetting would cause game-breaking bugs. This will not be the case in the final game.
Changes:
GAMEPLAY:
- You can now throw maggots that are in their "Return" state (during a dodge or long jump, for example.)
- The air attack of all cleaver-type weapons now does 100% damage rather than 50%.
- Number of Puppet and Pillbug maggots spawned nerfed to 5.
- Both bouncing and stomping will now reset your air attack (previously only bouncing).
- Both bouncing and stomping will now give your maggots shake-off immunity, as if you dodged.
- Lock-on camera is now smoother and has a stricter pitch cap, meaning it will no longer look straight up or down.
- Killing an enemy while using lock-on will now automatically lock the camera on the closest alive enemy.
- Greatly improved navigation for flying enemies (this only affects 1 entity in the demo)
QUALITY OF LIFE:
- Added a yellow arrow pointing towards the mission's target, or towards the Questgiver Nymph (Minthe) if you're in the Hub. The arrow will disappear upon defeating Roadkill.
- Charging up a swarm attack now makes the crosshair pulsate. At maximum charge, the crosshair will change shape.
COSMETIC:
- Added cosmetic animations to Leuce for long jumps and stomping.
- The yellow flash telegraphing a shake-off move is now more visible and looks better.
